Tips in preserving our Mother Earth
Keep Our Environment Clean
• During the celebration of world desertification day - the need for awareness of raising issues are introduced .every common man ensure that he preserves the nature and its beauty and do not spoil and destroy it. Always try to keep our environment clean and neat.
Do not use plastic bags!!
• Plastic bags can contribute in harming our natural resources. Plants, animals and even we receive harmful effects from this devastating material.
• It can contribute to the phenomenon called global warming.
Plant a tree in your locality or home
• Help on planting trees that can reduce the heat in our environment.
• A tree is worth a billion lives.
• Our water shed, our life, our future, ours to protect. From these words we can find an inspiration to plant more trees.
• Trees provide food, water, shelter, and air for our daily needs.
Preserve the Water Resources
• Do not throw non-biodegradable materials in our water ways. Recently typhoon “ONDOY” hit Metro Manila, this shows of our bad attitudes in throwing garbage in our rivers and lakes take a revenge on us. Who is to be blamed? It’s us. So we must throw our garbage in the right place.
Quit Smoking
• Second-hand smoke is a major indoor air pollutant and health hazard. When you quit, both you and your family will lead longer and healthier lives.
• It can also contribute to global warming
Protecting plants and animals
•There is a long history of exploitation of Antarctic marine living resources through activities such as sealing, whaling and fishing, with consequent damage to the ecosystem. A number of species have become threatened by over-harvesting and illegal fishing, whilst other species are now vulnerable to the threat of extinction due to non-targeted human activities. The risk of introduced diseases to Antarctic wildlife grows as the number of visitors to the region increases.
Minimize the use of hairsprays, perfumes, and aerosols
• Hairsprays, perfumes, and aerosols provide Carbon Dioxide that can contribute in depleting our ozone layer.
Conserve Electricity• Turn off electrical appliances when not in use
• Clean appliance once a month or once a week to avoid too much electricity consumption
Use a clean, low-phosphate or phosphate-free detergent
• Phosphates can ultimately damage streams and rivers.
Reuse, Reduce, Recycle and Compost
•Reusing packaging material saves more energy than recycling. By avoiding extra packaging, you save both energy and landfill space. Yard and kitchen waste (leaves/grass/vegetable scraps) are 30% of trash. Reduce this amount by composting. Also be sure to re-use plastic bags, or better yet... refuse plastic bags when you really don't need them.

Noong ika una ng Abril sa taong 1997 ay ipinanganak ang isang anghel mula sa langit ni Gng. Irjely T. Estibal at ng kanyang asawa na si G. Alfonso E. Estibal...

Tatlo lang kami sa aming pamilya..Ako, si inay at si itay at ang aming alagang mga manok.hehehehe!!

Ako lang mag-isa ang anak sa pamilya,,bakit kaya??
Pero kahit ako lang mag-isa okey lang gusto ko simple lang at masaya dahil "Money Can't Buy Everything"...

Pagmamahal,pag-aaruga iyan ang panugunahing pangangailangan ng isang bata at kapag ibinigay mo ito sa kanya susuklian ka rin niya ng mas masarap na pagmamahal.. Sabi nga ng guro namin sa Ingles,"Love begets love,hate begets hate"

My Ambition In Life

Everything in this world has dreams to accomplish and wants to make it come true. For example an ant crawling and finding food for its colony.

Hi!! I’m Alfonse Ireneo Tulang Estibal a First-Year student from the Special Science Curriculum or SSC.

Many people have no shelter nowadays. Typhoon victims and many other people who have no home and live in squatter areas. So to help them I want to be an Engineer to build homes for those who have no shelter.

When I was young I dream to have a castle in that castle my family live happily and peacefully. In my dream I caught an idea in which I build up my ambition, what if I could make a big house where my family live peacefully in harmony.

So I started studying to accomplish my dreams. Now I’m in high school I am still studying in order to strive this world suffering from financial and economic crisis.

If you want to have a successful life this is what I can advice for you focus on your studies and you will accomplish your dreams remember this saying “Do your best and God will do the rest”.
If you fail don’t give up. Try and try until you succeed!!
